Our customer service ensures that your experience with us is smooth and secure. We help you with appointment booking, prescription renewals, payments and invoicing, as well as any questions related to our services.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled time in the Terveystalo app or by logging in to our online service.

You can find your booking on the home page of both the app and the online service. Open the desired booking and select “Cancel the appointment” or “Move the appointment.” You may also be able to change the appointment type from an appointment at the clinic to a video appointment, if that option is available for your selected booking.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the scheduled service, and rescheduling will no longer be possible in the app or online service.

If you cannot find the appointment you are looking for, please contact our customer service.

Please note that if you wish to modify an appointment booked for your child in the Terveystalo app or online service, first switch to your child’s profile via the “Act on behalf of a child” button on the home page.

Please contact our payment support team, and we will look into the matter as quickly as possible.

In the Terveystalo app and online service, you can find a list of the most common services included in your occupational health plan. The “Information about your occupational health” section is available on the home page of both the app and the online service.

You can also ask your employer which services are included in your occupational health coverage. In many companies, this information is available on the company intranet.

When your laboratory results are ready, you will receive an SMS notification. You can then view your results in the Terveystalo app or under the My events section on our website. Your doctor will review and interpret the results with you either during a scheduled phone appointment or at your next visit — this is usually agreed upon when the laboratory referral is made.

To view your results in the app, you must have the Terveystalo mobile app installed on your phone or tablet.

In addition to the Terveystalo app and online service, test results from Terveystalo are also available in MyKanta.

You can contact our customer service and request a call from the doctor who previously treated you through our online service if your last appointment was less than 90 days ago. If more than 90 days have passed since your visit, please book a new appointment.

Please note that in some cases, the specialist may charge a fee for handling your matter.

If your occupational health services are provided by Terveystalo, you can contact your occupational health team through the Messages section in the Terveystalo app or on our website for non-urgent matters. You will usually receive a reply within a few working days.
