We have a positive impact on society and promote ethical business practices in our value chain. We also minimise our environmental impacts in all of our operations. Our sustainability efforts are guided by Terveystalo’s Code of Conduct, our common values and strategic goals, as well as the material themes of sustainability we have identified. We regularly monitor the results of our sustainability efforts.

Sustainable consumption and climate action
Terveystalo is committed to the targets agreed upon at international climate summits for the mitigation of climate change. Terveystalo’s goal is zero emissions from its own operations in 2030. Terveystalo has committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and will set science-based short- and long-term emissions reduction targets by 2027.
Sustainability reporting
Terveystalo reports about its sustainability in the Sustainability Statement, which is prepared based on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and in accordance with the sustainability reporting standards (ESRS).

We have set targets in accordance with our key sustainability themes and we monitor their achievement on a regular basis.
Terveystalo quality indicators
Correct and effective treatment is at the core of our work, and effective metrics are the key to developing our quality and operations. We monitor and measure our work and continuously compare the treatment we administer with indicators such as the Current Care Guidelines, accepted occupational healthcare practices, other operators in the sector and average figures. Our high-quality treatment maintains our customers’ quality of life and work ability.
