Strong identification speeds up your service experience when calling us
Soon you can identify yourself easily and securely before your call is answered. Read below to see how the identification process works.
How can I identify myself before the call begins?
- When you call our customer service number 0900 30 000, the automated message will offer you the option to identify yourself.
- After your selection, you will receive a text message from Terveystalo asking you to authenticate. The message includes a link that takes you, via a secure connection, to Telia’s identification service.
- Identify yourself using online banking credentials or mobile certificate and stay on the line. When the customer service agent answers, they will see your information and can assist you right away.
Please note that…
- The text message and its secure authentication link are sent to you only if you choose to authenticate during the call.
- The message appears in the same thread as other text messages from Terveystalo and directs you to Telia’s identification service.
- The authentication link is valid for 15 minutes, and identification is done using online banking credentials or mobile identification.
- Strong identification will first be introduced in the Finnish-language menu for private customers’ calls. At the beginning of February, the new identification method will also be available for occupational health customers.
