Add influenza vaccination to the occupational health contract

By including influenza vaccination in your occupational health contract, you ensure that your staff can get vaccinated against influenza every year if they wish. Influenza viruses are constantly mutating, so a flu vaccine taken last year or the year before will not protect you from infection this year. It is advisable to get the vaccine well in advance of the first wave of infection, which often occurs at the turn of the year.

  • The price for the 2026–2027 season is €54.90 per person for the employer.

  • The agreement amendment will remain valid until further notice. Your staff can get vaccinated annually at Terveystalo clinics as soon as vaccines are available. If you later wish to remove influenza vaccinations from the agreement, you can do so by contacting the designated contact person in your occupational health team in the first instance.
  • After completing the form, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You can then inform your staff that they can get vaccinated against influenza at Terveystalo clinics. If necessary, you can also arrange workplace vaccinations with your occupational health nurse (minimum of 5 people).
  • Influenza vaccinations organised at your company’s premises are agreed separately each year. The commitment applies only to the upcoming vaccination season. The exact vaccination date will be agreed with your designated occupational health nurse closer to the start of the vaccination season.

Where possible, we can arrange vaccinations on your premises when there are at least 5 people to be vaccinated. In addition to the cost of the vaccine, you will be charged for the time spent on the vaccination, travel time and travel expenses.
