Optimi – an occupational health service package
The monthly fee includes support for work ability and general practitioner-level medical care. Below, you can see which services are included in the monthly fee and which are billed separately.
Preventive and statutory services
Included in the monthly fee:
- Working ability support at different stages of a career, work ability assessment, advice and referrals, certificates and statements.
- Information, advice and guidance at start of employment and at different stages of a career.
Billed separately when needed:
- Workplace survey at a fixed price*
- Statutory health examinations
Medical care and services
Included in the monthly fee:
- A Digital Nurse available 24/7 to assess the need for care and direct the employee to the appropriate healthcare professional
- General practitioner-level medical care on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- A basic selection of laboratory and X-ray examinations
- Diphtheria and tetanus vaccinations
Examples of services billed separately:
- Other vaccinations, such as influenza vaccinations:
- Minor procedures and medicines administered during an appointment
*The workplace survey is carried out, when necessary, at the start of the collaboration and thereafter no more than once every five (5) years at a fixed package price. The occupational health team assesses the need for a workplace survey, and the content of the previous survey is utilized where possible.
Optimi is the most flexible of our service packages. Depending on your company’s situation, you can discontinue the services at short notice if needed. The agreement is valid until further notice, with a one-month notice period. You will receive the detailed terms and conditions as an appendix to the agreement.
