Transition from Extranet to Suunta-service
The Suunta service now contains all the key functions in terms of effective occupational healthcare cooperation, including the much-needed functions that enable, for example, the updating of personal data and group structure-specific reporting that were added recently. We recommend your organization to explore the Suunta-service, as the Extranet-service will be set to view-only mode at the beginning of Ferbruary 2023.
Persons with the main user role in your organization’s Extranet service have received an invitation link to activate the Suunta service from suuntatuki@terveystalo.com. The link has been sent gradually during November starting week 45 and is valid for 30 days.
Tha organization main user can give access to Suunta-service to other relevant persons in the company. It is also the main users responsibility to request additional rights via a web-form for those persons that need group-wide user rights to Suunta.

It is recommended to gradually familiarize to Suunta-service, as at the end of January 2023 Extranet will be set to view-only mode, which means that everything should be handled in Suunta-service from February 2023 onwards.
Terveystalo will take care of all the document transfers from Extranet to Suunta by the end of year 2022. There is no need to transfer any data from Extranet to Suunta, as both of the services are user interface to data, which is eventually stored in patient system.
