We work as a partner in the 24-hour Medical Helpline 116117 service providing urgent assessment of the need for care. We can operate both on Terveystalo’s and the customer’s premises.
Non-urgent assessment of the need for care
We provide non-urgent, centralized assessment of the need for care for the needs of primary health care. Our centralized assessment of the need for care allows us to extend our opening hours on weekday evenings, for example, which reduces unnecessary contacts to emergency services. In accordance with the agreement, our professionals direct customers to the best-serving clinic or service, such as the customer’s health center, Terveystalo’s own remote appointments or, for example, clinics in Terveystalo’s extensive network.
