First aid preparedness

The Occupational Safety and Health Act requires the maintenance of first aid preparedness at the workplace, which includes not only appropriate supplies but also people competent in first aid. First aid skilled employees make the workplace safe, and in the event of an accident, the right kind of help can be provided

Organisations of all sizes

The courses comply with the Current Care Guidelines on first aid training and the guidelines of the Finnish Resuscitation Council and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health on first aid preparedness at workplaces. Courses follow the Red Cross first aid training programs.

First aid courses

Terveystalo partners with the Finnish Red Cross. Starting from the beginning of 2025, all training will be conducted in accordance with the Red Cross first aid training programs.

Courses can be completed in several ways. We organize on-site courses and also offer online courses that you can complete regardless of your location.
