  • The plan includes goals, chosen on the basis of the employee’s situation in life, that promote health and well-being, as well as assignments and treatments that support the achievement of the goals.
  • Our professionals monitor the progress of the plan and actively guide the employee to help them achieve the goals.
  • My Health Plan reminds the employee of day-to-day activities, such as the number of steps taken, meal schedule, or blood sugar level measurement. In addition, My Health Plan can give advice on the treatment of common diseases in accordance with the recommendations.   • Mielen Chat and Mielen Sparri are low-threshold digital preventive mental health chat and sparring services for our occupational health customers. The service provides employees with a channel to unburden their mind as conveniently as possible, even from their couch at home.
  • These digital services are aimed at enhancing the customer’s mental well-being skills in cooperation with the customer. This increases the employee’s psychological well-being and provides them with tools to cope with situations that involve mental stress factors. The services are digital, which improves their accessibility and lowers the threshold for seeking support in a timely manner.
  • Terveystalo’s Mielen Chat and Sparri services can be accessed via the Terveystalo app or website. When an employee needs to unburden their mind or find ways to manage mentally stressful situations, they can access Mielen Chat via the remote services section of the app. Employees can use the chat service to contact a Digital Nurse 24/7.
  • The Digital Nurse can refer the employee to the Mielen Sparri service to talk to a psychologist or psychiatrist.
