We work as a partner in the 24-hour Medical Helpline 116117 service providing urgent assessment of the need for care. We carry out assessments of the need for care by phone, via chat, and based the Omaolo symptom checker within the agreed response time. We can operate both on Terveystalo’s and the customer’s premises.
