How to pay for a remote appointment

Private customers receive an invoice in the Terveystalo app and Oma Terveys online within a few days. If the service is included in your occupational health agreement or available in public health care, you will not be charged.

A notification of the invoice will be sent to the email address and phone number provided in your information. Please make sure that your contact details are up to date. You will have three days to pay the invoice.

To see received invoices, select My information and Mobile payments from the Oma Terveys (My Health) online service. To pay for the invoice, click Continue to the payment page.

In the app, invoices are displayed on the front page. To pay for an invoice, select Pay online.
