Your payment history is saved
You can always check your payment history in the Terveystalo app or by logging in to our website. If necessary, you can download receipts for your past payments.
A safe way to pay
You can log in with your online bank user identifiers, mobile ID or authentication methods you create in the Terveystalo app; anywhere, anytime.
How to pay for the services online
- The payment is made either in the Terveystalo app or in the Payments section of our website.
- You will receive a new payment on the day following the use of the service. You will receive a notification about the payment by text message and email, and you will have 3 days to make the payment without additional charges.
- Before paying for your services for the first time through the app or our website, save a picture of your Kela card to your profile. In this way, possible Kela reimbursement can be deducted from the payment.
- Please make sure that your email address is correct and saved in your profile information. In the app, you can check this by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the screen, and on our website you can see your profile information by logging in.
