In our operations, we are committed to a high level of quality and development, and our goal is to be a Nordic leader in terms of quality. Our operations are directed by the Terveystalo values, i.e. expertise and caring, as well as the general principles and guidelines of the healthcare sector and the company's own ethical principles.

As a leading company in the field, Terveystalo is developing the measurement of the quality, transparency and impact of treatment, and the publication of related results. We continuously monitor the satisfaction of our customers and develop our services to meet their needs and expectations. Our customer-orientation is crystallized in different aspects of quality: clinical and functional quality, and the quality of customer experiences.

We believe that, thanks to comprehensive data systems and an excellent level of professional expertise, Terveystalo can act as a forerunner. Our objective is to produce transparent information, even when measured by international standards.

The provision of successful customer experiences is as important to us as maintaining clinical quality. We want to focus on each customer encounter, since the promise of superior service is redeemed again in each encounter.

Terveystalo has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 quality certificate covering all our services except oral health. In addtion audits of environmental certificate ISO 14001 will be expanded in the few years from Terveystalo Oulu, Joensuu, Rauma and Porin Lääkäritalo to other Terveystalo clinics.  The cornerstone of the Terveystalo quality system is patient safety together with national legislation governing the field.
