Terms of use
The use of Suomen Terveystalo Oyj's (hereinafter "the Company") Web pages requires that the user commits to the following terms. Familiarise yourself with these terms before you use the Company's Web pages. Different services may, in addition to these terms, include applicable special conditions. For services that require identifiers, the terms of agreement that apply to the use of identifiers is applied. If you use the pages, you commit to following these terms.

Changes
The Company is entitled at any time, without prior notice and for any reason whatsoever, to change the terms of use, the layout, the content, and the availability of the pages, as well as the services offered and other features of the pages or terminate the service. The Company is entitled to suspend the service during maintenance and updating.
Service provider's responsibilities
The Company is not responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by the use to these pages or electronic services or for restriction of use or damages related to this. The Company does not ensure that the Web pages will work without disruptions or errors. The electronic information published on the Company's Web pages has only been produced for informative purposes unless otherwise and expressly agreed.
Information produced by third parties
The Company is not responsible for material produced or published by third parties to which there may be a link from these Web pages.
User's responsibilities
The user is responsible for the correctness and delivery of information supplied through the pages. The user ensures and is responsible for not sending any illegal or inappropriate material to these pages. The user must reasonably ensure that the material supplied does not include viruses or is otherwise harmful.
Immaterial rights
The ownership, copyright and other immaterial rights of these pages belong to a company that is part of the Company Group unless otherwise noted. All rights to the pages and their content are reserved. Publication, copying, transferring and altering the content or layout of the pages without permission from the holder of the rights is prohibited, apart from storage on a personal computer or printing for personal use. The material can be quoted in accordance with the Finnish Copyright Act (404/1961). When quoting the material the source must be mentioned. Trademarks and logos included in the pages are not, however, to be copied, published or distributed without written permission from the Company.
Personal data
The Company handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and the Insurance Companies Act and ensures that privacy and insurance secrecy is applied in the handling of personal data. The user data collected in services that require registration is part of the Company's customer register and they are only used for purposes defined in the register. Data is collected from the registered person or his/her representative, from public registers maintained by authorities and from registers on credit information and customer disruptions. When the service transaction so requires, the Company stores messages to ensure the content of the message. Insurance secrecy restricts the distribution of data entrusted to company to outsiders unless permission has been given by the person whose data is in question or when the law requires distribution. The personal data file referred to in the Personal Data Act is available from the Company.
The Company can collect, process and analyse data on site usage, traffic, events and other statistics related to the site. The Company can also obtain such information from third parties. Such information cannot be restored to apply to an identifiable individual person.
E-mail
The confidentiality of e-mail messages sent over an open data network cannot be ensured. Users should avoid sending personal data or other confidential messages to the Company by e-mail. The Company is not obliged to carry out transactions or service requests sent by open e-mail. The Company is entitled, at the user's request, to send information by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the user. The Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by messages sent via the open data network.
Applicable law
Finnish law applies to these terms and possible disputes based on the Company's Web pages or their content. Possible disputes are to be settled in the Helsinki District Court.
