Communications policy

Suomen Terveystalo reports its objectives, financial status and business operations in an open, real-time, truthful and consistent manner and in accordance with the laws regulating the communications of public companies and the company's internal instructions so that all its interest groups are able to form a view of the company based on correct and sufficient information.

The communications operations of Suomen Terveystalo contain the group's internal and external communications, marketing communications and stock exchange communications. Stock exchange releases are published in Finnish and English. Other releases are published in Finnish and in most cases also in English.

Suomen Terveystalo reports its business developments, plans and future prospects both at group level and by individual business segments. The company applies a two-week "closed window" practice prior to publishing its financial reports.

Communications Manager Marja-Terttu Verho is responsible for Suomen Terveystalo's communications, and CFO Jukka Yli-Hankala for the company's investor relations.
