Managing Director and management group

Managing Director

The Managing Director’s task is to handle Terveystalo Group's administration in accordance with instructions and regulations from the Board of Directors. The Managing Director is answerable to the Board of Directors for the materialization of the goals, plans, policies and targets set by the Board. He prepares the issues to be decided by the Board of Directors and implements the Board's decisions. The Managing Director is the Chairman of the Group’s management team.

The fixed resignation compensation set for the Managing Director is an amount corresponding to a 12-month salary, approximately EUR 190,000.

Management Team

The Group Management Team consists of the company’s Managing Director, business sector directors and group function directors.

The Group Management Team has no authority by virtue of law or the Articles of Association. It is an advisory body appointed by the Managing Director, and its task is to discuss issues related to Company operations. The Group Management Team also prepares the Group's business plan, reports on earnings development and prepares other issues to be discussed by the company's Board of Directors. The Management Team usually convenes twice a month.
