Terveystalo applies the insider trading regulations of the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd Stock Exchange, the Central Chamber of Commerce and the Confederation of Finnish Industries according to which it is recommended that insiders trade with company securities only at times when the market possesses as complete information on issues that affect the share value as possible. The insiders of Suomen Terveystalo are not allowed to trade in company shares 14 days prior to publication of the company’s financial statements or interim reports.

The company maintains an insider register in the Finnish Central Securities Depository Ltd’s Sire system and its own internal register of persons who have access to insider information.

The Group’s Managing Director is responsible for coordinating and supervising insider issues.
